Many children feel nervous, fearful, or overwhelmed during dental visits. Some are simply too young to sit comfortably through treatment. Others may need more extensive care.
We offer three levels of sedation, depending on your child’s needs.

Dr. Stevens personally evaluates your teeth, gums, and overall oral health to identify what needs attention.

We take the images we need to see the full picture — what's happening below the surface and why.

No guesswork. We sit down with you, explain what we found, and talk through your options in plain language — no pressure, no surprises.

We want you prepared and confident, even in stressful moments. Here’s what parents ask us most about pediatric dental emergencies.
We make every effort to see emergency cases the same day, often within hours of your call. When you call our office, let the front desk know it’s an emergency and describe what’s happening — we’ll get you in as fast as possible.
Yes — but baby teeth are typically not re-implanted, as it can affect the developing permanent tooth. That said, you should still call us right away. We’ll examine your child to make sure there’s no underlying injury to the gum or jaw and give you guidance on what to expect next.
For dental emergencies — toothaches, broken teeth, knocked-out teeth, or mouth injuries without heavy bleeding — call our office first. We’re equipped to handle pediatric dental trauma and can often see your child faster than an ER. If there is significant bleeding that won’t stop, a head injury, or signs of a broken jaw, go to the emergency room immediately.
Absolutely. Working with anxious children is something our entire team is trained and experienced in. We use calm communication, gentle techniques, and a child-friendly approach even in urgent situations. Your child’s comfort is always part of the care.
Most dental insurance plans include coverage for emergency visits. Call our office and we’ll help verify your benefits before or during your visit so there are no financial surprises on top of an already stressful day.
Please call our office number at any time — our voicemail provides guidance for after-hours emergencies, including when to seek immediate care. We monitor urgent situations and do our best to connect with families in need as quickly as possible.
The $25 offer includes a limited oral exam performed by Dr. Benjamin Stevens and the diagnostic x-rays needed to evaluate what is going on with your teeth. After the exam, Dr. Stevens will sit down with you and walk through exactly what he found — clearly, honestly, and without pressure — and talk through what your options are. You will leave knowing what is happening in your mouth and what steps, if any, are recommended.
A limited exam is a focused evaluation — Dr. Stevens examines your mouth, reviews your x-rays, and identifies what is going on with a specific concern or your overall oral health. It is not a full comprehensive new patient workup with a cleaning included, but it gives you and Dr. Stevens a clear clinical picture of what is happening and what needs attention. Think of it as a starting point — a way to get real answers without committing to a full treatment plan right away.
The x-rays taken are diagnostic images — the type needed to evaluate what is visible below the gum line and between the teeth. The specific images taken will depend on your situation and what Dr. Stevens needs to see in order to give you an accurate assessment. Everything is done in-office with our modern digital imaging equipment.
Yes, it really is $25. There are no hidden fees for the exam and x-rays themselves. If Dr. Stevens identifies something that needs treatment, he will explain what he recommends and what it would cost before any work is done. You are never charged for additional services without your knowledge and approval. We believe in complete transparency — always.
No. The $25 offer covers a limited exam and the necessary x-rays. A professional cleaning is a separate service. If a cleaning is recommended, Dr. Stevens will let you know and discuss scheduling and pricing with you at the appointment — but it will never be added without your consent.
Stop wondering and start knowing. For just $25, you can get a real exam, real x-rays, and a real conversation about your smile — with a doctor who genuinely cares. Spots are limited, so don't wait.
